BOARD MEMBERS
Mike Eason - President
Engineer Mike Eason started his career in 2000 with the Federal Heights Fire Department. He was hired as a career Firefighter in 2006 and then lateraled to Adams County Fire in 2016. He became a Union Steward in 2016 and has since received the union member of the year award. Mike has also received the Colorado Professional Firefighters Leadership Award for his work at Olinger Mortuaries, serving and caring for the families of our fallen brothers and sisters in the state. Mike is a firm believer that “Attitude reflects leadership.” Mike’s dedication, hard work, commitment to learning and growing his knowledge to become an effective leader and motivate members of Local 2403 to achieve great things.
Jason Bierwirth - Vice President 1
Jason Bierwirth is a Firefighter/Paramedic on C shift. Jason started his fire career in 2008 and was hired full time in 2012. Jason was the C-shift steward before being elected Vice President one in 2023. Jason believes that almost everything can be solved with clear communication and strives to keep the pathways of communication open.
Brandon Donner - Vice President 2
Brandon Donner is a Firefighter on C shift. He started his career in the fire service in 2008. He was hired with Adams County in 2014. Brandon is a member of the districts Wildland and Tech Rescue teams. Brandon joined the Union in 2015. He became a union steward in 2016 and received the union member of the year award in 2017. He held the steward position for 3 years before becoming VP2. Brandon strives to continuously improve the relationships between the membership and management through transparency and open communication.
Tyler Criswell - Secretary
Secretary Tyler Criswell is an Engineer for Adams County Fire Rescue and a Haz-Mat team leader. He joined Local 2403 in 2011. Tyler held a steward position for 2 years before becoming Secretary of Local 2403.
Charlie Koyle - Treasurer
Charlie Koyle is a Firemedic with Adams County Fire Rescue. Charlie joined Local 2403 in 2019 and was elected to Treasurer in 2022. Charlie has a marked history of union pride and was previously a founding member and President of Bennett Firefighters Local 5090.
